CARLOS
LAURENZ, Associate Engineer.
Carlos graduated with honors from Miami-Dade Community
College (Miami) and Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts
(Orlando). During 8 years he worked at several studios in
New York with artists such as Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and
Randy Brecker among many others. In 2005 he won a Grammy Award
for recording and mixing Celia Cruz´ posthumous album.

PABLO LOPEZ RUIZ,
Associate Engineer.
Pablo graduated in Traditional Composing from Berklee
College of Music in Boston. He has built a reputation in the
field of mixing and recording, working with renowned figures.
“I'm known for working until the client is absolutely
happy, because that's what matters”. His career proves
a passion for the creative use of string arrangements and
sound, which has awarded him a nomination for the Latin Grammies.
He teaches at Berklee and brings his talent and expertise
with Digital Performer to Steps Ahead Sound.
GUSTAVO FOURCADE,
Chief Mastering Engineer and founder.
Gustavo received formal training at the University
of Córdoba and the EMC Berklee College of Music, where
he studied Electronic Engineering, and Music Technology. He
worked as CTO in the retail business for more than 20 years
along as a sound engineer. He has recorded acoustic shows
in a wide range of halls, included the prestigious Colon Theatre
in Buenos Aires. His able ear and extensive background combined
with his expertise in project management and music technology
are at play to achieve “that” sound during the
mastering phase, the best sound quality digital technology
has to offer. “We strive for perfection in a creative,
relaxed and friendly mastering environment.”
